SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) by default. Other carriers, such as UPS may be available through manual selection.
• All orders less than one pound will ship using USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified by the customer during the checkout process. Orders weighing 1lb or more will ship using USPS's Priority Service.
• Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, however, we will always do our best to get it out our doors as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and a label is generated, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
• During holidays and during promotional events, there may be a delay in shipping. Please take this into consideration as our higher volumes during these periods my result in some delay.
• Any additional fees, such as taxes, import fees, duties, or any additional fees beyond what was stated during checkout is the sole responsibility of the customer. American Dude Company has no control over such fees.
• American Dude Company is not responsible for inaccurate billing and/or shipping addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees that result from an error in billing/shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Sales tax is based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
• Due to COVID-19, all shipping carriers are experiencing delays beyond our control. Exchanges or Refunds for delayed orders will only be issued due to a shipment being assigned as being lost, stolen, or damaged.
